Each anti ageing treatment plan is tailored to each individual patient, depending on age and bone structure. I always work within your budget, and treatments are administered gradually over time. Firstly, we will have a thorough consultation, which can be in person within the clinic or online. During the consultation, I will advise my patient to begin taking hyaluronic acid and collagen supplements, along with 2-3 litres of alkaline water daily, to begin the rejuvenation process. I will explain the science behind this in our first consultation before treatment.

1st Appointment

I will focus on mid-face rejuvenation; again, depending on the patient’s age, bone structure will determine how much dermal filler will be required to create volume in the mid-face. The dermal filler products I will use may change depending on the patient and their requirements.

Dermal filler adds volume and will lift and contour the cheek area and gives support and lift to the lower face.

I will also use a skin booster. I like to use the iLLUMA PN booster liquid face and neck lift, which contains a mix of hyaluronic acid, polynucleotides, and peptides. I generally advise having two treatments of this treatment once every four weeks for maximum effect. Some patients will need a third treatment; we will review this after the second booster.

The benefits of the iLLUMA PN booster liquid face and neck lift are skin repair, strengthening of cell immunity, tissue renewal, hydration, stimulation of collagen renewal, pigmentation reduction, and much more.

As an add-on to the iLLUMA PN booster liquid face and neck lift, I would like to use the iLLUMA LUNA eye booster. This booster is great for treating the dark circles under the eye area, moisturising and smoothing fine lines, and lifting the skin under the eyes.

If you require an anti-wrinkle treatment, this will also be administered to the three main areas of the upper face and also to the lower face.

Three main areas are: The forehead (frontalis), between the eyebrows (glabella), and crow’s feet (around the eyes) Lower face: around the mouth.

I will then book my patient an appointment for 4 weeks post-first appointment to allow the skin and treatments to settle fully so we can review in our second appointment.

2nd Appointment

When my patient arrives at the clinic, I will first review the anti ageing treatments from the first visit and then begin treating your skin with the second syringe of the iLLUMA PN Booster liquid face and neck lift.

I will then take a look at the lower face area to rejuvenate.

I add volume to the lip and around the mouth; this is to enhance the shape and diminish fine lines. Filling the lips and mouth area is done gradually and over a couple of appointments. I like my work to enhance your natural beauty and not overfill.

Over time, our lips become smaller and have less fullness; adding filler in and around the mouth area gives the look of youthfulness.

Our lower face tends to sag with maturity, and our lips turn downward. I have created my own lip technique that lifts the corners of the mouth up slightly, which takes years off any patient.

Again, another appointment will be booked for 4 weeks post-the 2nd syringe of iLLUMA PN Booster liquid face and neck lift to return for a review and potentially any other treatments or tweaks you may need, including the 3rd session of your skin booster; however, most patients will just need 2 syringes.

Over the next 3 months, you will begin to notice the results of the skin booster continuing to rejuvenate and stimulate collagen production, hydration, and firmness in your skin.

When the final results have been achieved, these will last over the next 12 months; a top-up each year will be required. Dependent on the patient.

I use different products and will personalise them for each patient. This is a general overview of my anti-ageing plan, and as long as my patient is consistent with their appointments, we will get the 333results they want to achieve. This is a process that takes time.
